The objective of the future regular project is improving the efficiency of small wastewater treatment plants by obtaining energy from sewage sludge processing for own needs and further processing of sewage sludge in order to recycle it as natural fertilizers. The project aims at identifying potential opportunities to increase the use of organic matter and energy contained in sewage sludge from small municipal sewage treatment plants.
