Acronym: DigclimAct
The project involves 4 partners from Poland (2), Lithuania (1), Sweden (1). The partnership is composed of NGOs, university, technology park. The partners are not supported by associated partners. The overall project objective is to develop a digital strategy to increase South Baltic citizens’ awareness about climate-related processes, promoting pro-environmental behaviours and building social capacity for climate adaptation. The project’s activities contain of management and coordination and content-related activities. After preparation phase the implementation of the Climate Change Awareness Digitisation is planned which will involve digital content co-creation with interdisciplinary workflows. The next activity will be a Youth Climate Activist Boot-camp with the aim of establishing an international network of young ambassadors for action on climate adaptation. Then Local Collaborative Workshops for Testing Digital Solutions will be held in all the project regions. The last two activities will be related to Dissemination of Digitization Strategy with Ready-to-Use Scenarios. The main target groups are municipalities, local urban NGOs and civil society actors, schools and universities, local activists and citizens, IT sector, SMEs.
