Partners plan to develop a toolbox of innovative solutions to improve circular economy approach in sensitive areas to save resources and make the most of the available materials and to mitigate the impacts of climate change. As a result, a better involvement of local communities and organisations in international and cross-border cooperation will be achieved – Cluster of Circular Economy actors which will include local authorities, municipalities, NGOs, research institutions, SME and the private sector, as well as experts in the field from the South Baltic area.
