Measure 4.1 Strengthen the cooperation capacity of actors based within the South Baltic Area (including civil society)

Call specific focus:
- Common challenges under the Measure 4.1: encouraging the establishment of new partnerships, particularly involving small and newcomer organisations, NGOs, and local stakeholders, thereby strengthening and expanding cross-border cooperation.
- Capitalising the results of regular Interreg South Baltic Programme (ISBP) projects: based on outputs/results of regular ISBP projects from the 1st or 2nd calls for proposals that are completed or at an advanced stage of implementation.
Project duration:
- Duration of the small-scale project is up to 18 months.

Technical information:
- Project applications must be submitted via online Application system WOD2021 (https://wod.cst2021.gov.pl) to a selected call for proposals before the set deadline.
Manuals of the system are available in the section Online application system (WOD2021) - All applicants and logged-in users should work only on English version of the WOD2021 system to avoid any potential errors.
- The call number of the 4th Small-scale call for proposals is STHB.04.01-IP.01-002/26. Since parallel regular call is open in Programme Measure 4.1, please make sure that you submit your project idea under the correct call in WOD2021.
