The project involves 7 partners from Poland (3), Denmark (2), Lithuania (1), Germany (1). The partnership iscomposed of universities, ports, SME, business development organisation and marine network. The partnersare supported by 2 associated partners which are an SME and a port from Poland. The project is led byGdynia Maritime University (PL).The overall project objective is to improve the digital processes in the South Baltic small ports byimplementing port management system and improving operational efficiency.The project’s activities begin with research and data collection. This will be used to design and develop 3systems that will be later on integrated into one solution. Systems will be evaluated and tested during thepilot trip to eventually be promoted on international conferences. It is planned to develop thecommercialization strategy and recommendations for local and regional authorities.The main target groups are seaport managers, carriers, cargo owners, shipping companies, governmentauthorities, and coastal communities and decision-makers near the targeted seaports.
