Information clause regarding the processing of personal data

I have read the information clause regarding the processing of personal data:

Pursuant to Art. 13 § 1 and 2 and Art. 14 § 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 /EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Journal of Laws UE L 119 of 04.05.2016, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as "GDPR", we inform:

1. The administrator of your data indicated in the consent to the processing of personal data is The Centre of European Projects, Domaniewska 39A, 02-672 Warsaw, tel. 22 378 31 00, https://www.cpe.gov.pl.
2. Under Art. 37 § 1 sec. a) GDPR, the Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO). If you have questions about the method and scope of processing your personal data in the scope of the Data Administrator's operation, as well as your rights, you can contact Inspector of Personal Data Protection at the email address: iod@cpe.gov.pl.
3. Your personal data will be processed on the basis of Art. 6 § 1 sec. c) GDPR in order to consult the Strategic Environmental Assessment of the draft South Baltic Interreg Cross-Border Cooperation Programme 2021-2027 (SEA).
4. The collected data: name, surname, e-mail address, position and name of the institution was obtained by the Administrator by filling in the consultation form of Strategic Environmental Assessment of the draft South Baltic Interreg Cross-Border Cooperation Programme 2021-2027. Providing data is voluntary, however, if you do not enter them, you will not be able to participate in consultations.
5. The Data Administrator processes personal data in a strictly defined, minimum scope necessary to achieve the goal. The Administrator will share your personal data with Company Ekovert Łukasz Szkudlarek, which carries out the SEA, as well as with the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy being the Managing Authority of the Programme.
6. Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the consultations and after their completion for the period until approval by the European Commission of the Interreg South Baltic Cross-Border Cooperation Programme 2021-2027.
7. Regarding your personal data, decisions will not be made in an automated manner.
8. You have: 1) the right to access your personal data, 2) the right to rectify or supplement your personal data 3) pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR, the right to request the administrator to limit the processing of personal data, 4) the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if you feel that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
9. You are not entitled to: 1) the right to delete personal data, 2) the right to transfer personal data, 3) the right to object to the processing of personal data.
10. Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area.
