All projects must take into account and follow the respective rules on accessibility and anti-discrimination. The rules apply not only to the accessibility of information, but also to project activities, outputs and results. As guaranteed by the Common Strategic Framework - Annex I to the General Regulation 1303/2013, people with disabilities should participate in and implement EU projects equally to other persons. Therefore projects financed from the European funds, including those supported by the South Baltic Programme, must be accessible to all citizens, including persons with disabilities.
