The Monitoring Committee of the Interreg South Baltic Programme 2021-2027, during its 5th meeting (17-18 June), decided to open the 5th call for project proposals as well as the 3rd Small-scale projects call. The timeframe of the call is between 17th September and 12th November 2025.
The calls for project proposals will be open in the following Programme Measures:

Please note that the call will not be open for Measure 1.2 as the ERDF allocation has been fully contracted.
At the same time, the Monitoring Committee decided to introduce call specific criteria in each Measure:
- 5th call for proposals
- Measure 1.1 – Indicators:
- Deliver minimum 2 jointly developed solutions (RCO116 and RCR104*) AND
- Contribute to one or both:
- ‘Public institutions supported to develop digital services, products, and processes’ (RCO14 and RCR11)
- ‘Enterprises with non-financial support’ (RCO04)
- Measure 2.1 – Indicators:
- Deliver minimum 2 jointly developed solutions (RCO116 and RCR104) AND
- Contribute to ‘pilot actions developed jointly and implemented in projects’ (RCO84)
- Measure 2.2 – Indicators:
- Deliver minimum 3 jointly developed solutions (RCO116 and RCR104)
- Measure 2.3 – Indicators:
- Deliver minimum 3 jointly developed solutions (RCO116 and RCR104)
- Measure 3.1 – Indicators:
- Deliver minimum 3 jointly developed solutions (RCO116 and RCR104) AND
- Contribute to ‘visitors of cultural and tourism sites supported’ (RCO77 and RCR77)
- Measure 4.1 – Partnership:
- Minimum size (project partners + associated partners): 15 institutions AND
- At least 1/3 of the project partners are newcomers
- Measure 1.1 – Indicators:
- 3rd Small-scale projects call
- Measure 4.1 – Partnership:
- Minimum size (project partners + associated partners): 10 institutions AND
- At least 1/3 of the project partners are newcomers.
