Submit the template to Joint Secretariat
Send your Project concept at southbaltic@southbaltic.eu. JS team will reply confirming that your idea links with the Programme and is ready to be published.

Post your idea on the Programme website
Your idea will be posted on the website. JS team will collect feedback from readers and notify you if there is an interest in your Project idea.
Note: JS team reserves the right to make editorial changes before publishing. Personal data will not be published but stay only for JS team interest.
