Below is the necessary information regarding the processing of personal data in your capacity as a member / deputy / expert / observer or other participant of the process.

- Personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 /EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) (OJ L 119, 4/05/2016, pp. 1-88).
- The legal basis is: art. 6 section 1 letter c (date of processing for the purposes of the administrator’s legal obligations) of the GDPR.
- Your data is processed for the purpose of carrying out the Controller’s statutory tasks, based on legal provisions in force in Poland—specifically Article 23a of the Act of 4 September 1997 on Government Administration Branches (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2018, item 762)—in connection with the preparation of the Interreg South Baltic Plan Chapter for 2028-2034.
- The data collected and processed by the Minister includes: surname and first name; the name of the institution represented, including the specific organizational unit; the institution’s address; business telephone number and e-mail address; and academic title or official rank.
- In connection with the processing of your data, the data may be disclosed to other recipients or categories of recipients of personal data. Recipients of your personal data may include, in particular, the Managing Authority, the Joint Secretariat, members of the Joint Programming Committee and its Working Groups, as well as entities authorized to receive data (including third countries outside the EU) in justified cases and on the basis of applicable legal provisions.
- The Minister received your data from the institution that designated you as a member / alternate member / expert / observer of the Joint Programming Committee for the preparation of the South Baltic Chapter of the Interreg Plan 2028-2034.
- Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the operations of the Joint Programming Committee. Subsequently, your data will be processed, to the extent appropriate, for the period specified in archiving regulations.
- You have the right to access your data and the right to supplement, update, or rectify it, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority—the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland—if the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR. In the cases referred to in Articles 17 and 18 of the GDPR, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data and the restriction of its processing.
