The Joint Secretariat invites for project consultations under the scope of the upcoming 6th call and 4th Small-scale projects call for proposals. The consultations will be organised online and in Gdańsk on the following days:
- Consultation for Swedish lead partners: 25 September 2026, online.
- Consultation for German lead partners: 30 September 2026, online.
- Consultation for Danish lead partners: 1 October 2026, online.
- Consultation for lead partners from Pomorskie region: 2 October 2026, Marshal’s Office of the Pomeranian Voivodeship, Okopowa 21/27, 80-810 Gdańsk;
- Consultation for Lithuanian lead partners: 6 October 2026, online.
- Consultation for lead partners from Warmia-Mazury region: 7 October 2026, online.
- Consultation for lead partners from Zachodniopomorskie region: 8 October 2026, online.
The registration for each consultation closes seven calendar days before the date of the given consultation. After registering, you will be requested to send a project concept template to the Joint Secretariat five days before the date of the consultation.
The lead partner of the project shall take part in the consultations, further partners can be invited as well. The consultations are conducted in English. The duration of each individual consultation is up to one hour. To register for the individual consultation, click here.
