The Border Focal Point Network, coordinated by the European Commission’s DG REGIO, launched a call for the fourth edition of the Cross-Border Ambassadors programme.
The initiative seeks to empower a new generation of young people living in or connected to Europe’s border regions to engage actively in EU-level dialogue on cross-border cooperation, contribute meaningful insights from the ground, and enhance the visibility of border issues through youth-led communication.
In this edition of the programme up to 10 Ambassadors, aged 18–30 with a strong connection to a border region, will be selected to represent their communities, engage directly with The European Commission, and raise awareness of cross-border challenges through youth-led content over a six-month mandate.
Mandate
- Six-month period: 1 October 2026 – 31 March 2027
How to apply?
