New calls will open soon. Joint Secretariat is organising Partner Search Event, State Aid Webinar and Project Consultations

Partner Search

We welcome potential applicants, stakeholders and experts who are seeking new partnerships and want to establish cross-border cooperation. Join us if:

  • You have the project idea and are looking for relevant partners. You will have the chance to briefly present your project idea (preferably a PowerPoint presentation).
  • You don’t have a plan yet, but you have expertise and can contribute to other project ideas. You can get in touch with project idea owners and get involved in discussions in thematic groups.
  • You want to learn more about upcoming calls and the Programme’s current priorities.

We are waiting for you on 9 September 2025 at Parken Culture and Conference Center in Trelleborg.

Webinar on State Aid

The Interreg South Baltic Programme invites all project applicants preparing proposals for the upcoming call for project proposals to join our Webinar on State aid on 29 September 2025, 10:00 – 14:30 (CEST).

  • Gain a clear understanding of State aid conditions relevant to Interreg projects.
  • Learn how to correctly self-assess and address State aid aspects in your application.
  • Get answers to your questions from our expert.

Project consultations

Consultations of project ideas will be organised in two rounds. The first round will be organised jointly by the Joint Secretariats and Contact Points on the following dates:

  • Consultation for lead partners from Pomorskie region: 30 September 2025, Marshal’s Office of the Pomeranian Voivodeship, Okopowa 21/27, 80-810 Gdańsk;
  • Consultation for Swedish lead partners: 1 October 2025, online.
  • Consultation for Lithuanian lead partners: 1 October 2025, online.
  • Consultation for Danish lead partners: 2 October 2025, online.
  • Consultation for lead partners from Zachodniopomorskie region: 3 October 2025, online.
  • Consultation for lead partners from Warmia-Mazury region: 7 October 2025, online.
  • Consultation for German lead partners: 9 October 2025, online.

The registration for consultations closes seven calendar days before the date of the given consultation. After registering, you will be requested to send a project concept template to the Joint Secretariat five days before the date of the consultation.

The lead partner of the project shall take part in the consultations, further partners can be invited as well. The consultations are conducted in English. The duration of each individual consultation is up to one hour. To register for the individual consultation, click here.
