Amendment of the regulation on granting de minimis aid and state aid

The regulation of the Minister of Investment and Economic Development on granting de minimis aid and state aid under the European Territorial Cooperation programmes for 2014-2020 was amended.

The changes concern in particular aid for port infrastructure and airport, sport and multi-purpose recreational infrastructure as well thresholds for notification of cultural aid and preservation of cultural heritage and the calculation of eligible costs.You can find amendments to the regulation (i. e.
